These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of callsavvys.com and the services provided by Call Savvys ("Call Savvys," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Call Savvys provides done-for-you cold calling and lead generation for our clients across the industries we serve, including dedicated callers, dialer technology, list pulling and skip tracing, call quality assurance, and reporting. We generate qualified leads and appointments. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a closed deal or specific revenue.
Your responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information and to use the leads and services lawfully.
- You are responsible for your own offers, contracts, and relationships with the prospects we connect you with.
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purpose.
Fees and billing
Service plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Current plans are Starter at $1,200 per month, Growth at $2,300 per month, and Scale at $3,300 per month. Optional list pulling and skip tracing is billed at $0.03 per record. Prices may change with notice and will be confirmed in your service agreement.
Lead guarantee
We guarantee a minimum of 20 to 40 qualified leads per caller per month, as defined by the criteria agreed during onboarding. If a caller does not meet the agreed minimum in a given month, we will continue dialing at no additional cost until the minimum is met, or credit you for that caller for that month. The guarantee applies to leads that meet the agreed qualification criteria and assumes timely cooperation, accurate targeting information, and an adequate calling list.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or required by law.
Compliance
We operate our calling in line with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry, and applicable state regulations. See our Do Not Call Policy. You agree to use any leads and information you receive in compliance with all applicable laws.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by Call Savvys and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee of sales, income, or business results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, and your follow-up.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Savvys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Call Savvys harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the services or your communications with prospects.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
